The Zanzibar Investment Promotions Authority (ZIPA) serves as the primary contact for potential investors. Our role involved supporting ZIPA in phases 1 and 2 of their essential economic activities aimed at promoting investment in Zanzibar's small islands. We successfully executed highly targeted global PR campaigns aimed at private investors to achieve these goals, resulting in all the private islets being successfuly leased in both phases 1 and 2. 

When the Marburg virus outbreak occurred in the Kagera region of Tanzania, it sparked international concern and left tourists planning to visit Zanzibar feeling anxious. The Zanzibar Ministry of Tourism enlisted our help to develop an urgent International crisis communications campaign aimed at reassuring both visitors and residents about their safety. The campaign proved to be highly effective, successfully shifting the narrative and restoring confidence in the destination, achieved in only one month.

Vacation Homes Zanzibar is a boutique property managment company operating in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar. in Tanzania  We were tasked with developing the brand identity and website for the company.

We managed the pre and post-opening communications, of their Joburg property emphasizing the promotion of Joburg as a vibrant leisure destination. A standout achievement, was the creation of the city’s first interactive map (www.thisisjoburg.com), designed to highlight local attractions and reinforce the idea that Joburg is more than just a stopover for corporate travelers.

Landmark Africa is a prominent real estate and property development firm, boasting a diverse portfolio of over 130,000sqm that includes mixed-use office, leisure, and residential spaces for both multinational and local companies in Nigeria. We were entrusted with designing their new website and seamlessly integrating their brand identity into their new co-working offices located in Sandton, Johannesburg.

We delivered PR and marketing consulting services for various of its clients, focusing on large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in the region and Singapore. Notable projects include the Bahrain World Trade Centre (BWTC) in Bahrain, Al Waab City in Qatar, Royal Village in Jordan, Sitra Mall in Bahrain, and Sentosa Cove in Singapore.

Our team was responsible for creating pre-development content, including CGI visuals for marketing materials, a promotional film promoting the paradise destination, social media management, and the international PR announcement for its groundbreaking residence by investment scheme.

Pure Laundry is the leading commercial laundry service provider in Tanzania, located on the beautiful Fumba peninsula of Zanzibar. We had the opportunity to create their promotional launch video and develop a content gallery for their marketing and sales platforms.

Multi-Color is Zanzibar's pioneering commercial printing company, founded 27 years ago. The business sought a brand refresh along with a new look and feel for its social media platforms.
